Heather Riccio, Publicity Director of Entangled Teen, Entangled New Adult, and digiTeen
Heather has been a publicist with Entangled since December 2011, and has done marketing/publicity with the Palm Springs International Film Festival since 2008. Her masters degree is in Fiction Writing and her undergraduate degree is a double degree in English and Anthropology from University of California, Riverside.She also works for Bowker part-time as a market researcher, which keeps her up-to-date on book trends. On the side, Heather can also be found doing pro-bono work as the Director of Partnerships for Project Migration, a fashion accessories company with a charitable initiative, and as the Features Editor for Urbanette magazine. Erin Dempsey is the Executive Director of Trade Marketing at Penguin Young Readers Group. She has fourteen years of experience in marketing Children’s books, the last ten of which have been spent at Penguin! She has worked with so many wonderful authors over the years, ranging from Eric Carle to Laurie Halse Anderson to Richelle Mead to John Green. A self-professed geek and fan of pop culture, Erin is equally excited to discuss her favorite movies (Star Wars and Lord of the Rings) as she is the latest manuscript she’s reading. Erin lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and dog, Ripley, who is named after one of the best sci-fic characters of all time.
